My home tour is finally here!

I've been wanting to/planning this for months. But, I kept putting it off because I wanted it to be perfect. Not the house, or even the video itself, but the perspective, which meant me filming myself wouldn't do.

My daughter and husband work during the good daylight hours. So, I reached out to my sweet niece who has some availability if she would come help me film.

She came over this past Friday, and we filmed for close to an hour. (I had a lot to show you and share with you.)

It turned out that I filmed in 4k which creates an extremely large file size...too large to upload to the blog. So, after a little research, I found a way to make it small enough and here we are.

I could not be more excited for you to see this tour!!!

My Home Tour--A Cozy, Lived-In Tudor Home that Evokes Simplicity and Ease

This isn't the typical home tour you see on the internet with big, beautiful homes, perfectly styled and staged, fully finished on a seemingly endless budget.

I wanted to show you:

  • my house as-is on a daily basis, i.e. lived-in, including the little messes that frustrate me
  • the unfinished and outdated spaces that don't reflect my style (yet)
  • extremely budget friendly furnishings and decor
  • tips on design and organizing
  • the personal touches and the stories behind the design
  • how to enjoy your spaces and thrive in your home despite limitations

So, if that sounds like your kinda home tour, set aside some time, pour your favorite drink, and cuddle up on the couch (or hide in the quiet and privacy of your car).
